Our robust distribution and service network ensures seamless product availability and prompt support across diverse geographies, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Our route-to-market strategy is structured around a multi-pronged approach that enables us to reach diverse customer segments in India and internationally and ensure rapid scalability. Localised spares and service processes reduce dependence on imported replacement parts and improve turnaround time for Indian users. Our efforts in supply chain excellence have been recognised through industry accolades such as the Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence Award (SCALE) in 2024.

We have established a highly integrated distribution network to widen market reach and service delivery. As of June 30, 2025, our distribution network comprised 1,226 direct distribution partners, 1,951 active service partners operating through 23 branch service locations and supported by 86 authorised service provider centres. In addition, as of June 30, 2025, we had 427 OEM partners with whom we collaborate to design and customise solutions for diverse applications. In the three months ended June 30, 2025 and in the three preceding Fiscals, our products and solutions were sold in over 50 countries in aggregate. Our business benefits from our wide international presence, including an office in Dubai and a technology centre in Hong Kong, that connect us to customers and distributors globally. Further, we increased our domestic penetration and in the three months ended June 30, 2025 and in Fiscals 2025, 2024 and 2023, we sold our products in 29, 27, 27 and 32 Indian states and Union Territories.
